URGENT: Order Not Delivered but Review Requested - Order ID 2021# 31612

Dear Medimix Ayurveda / Cholayil Team,
​I am writing to express my severe disappointment regarding my order placed on 20 August 2026.
​Despite the tracking status indicating that the shipment has never been handed over to India Post, I recently received an automated email claiming my order was "fulfilled 14 days ago" and asking for a product review. It is unacceptable to ask for feedback on an order that has not even reached me.
​It has been several days since the label was created, and there has been zero progress. Please investigate this matter immediately. If the products are ready, dispatch them today and ensure they are handed over to India Post without further delay.
​If you are unable to fulfill this order immediately, I request that you cancel it and initiate a full refund of ₹756 to my original payment method.
